Privacy Policy

DRAFT - to be replaced by counsel before launch. We collect: your name, email, phone, city, and for doctors a medical registration number, qualifications and uploaded documents. We use it to verify doctors, match hospitals with available anesthesiologists, process bookings and payments, and keep an audit trail. Doctors' documents are visible only to you and to platform admins for verification. A doctor's profile photo, qualifications and reviews are visible to hospitals. You can export your data or delete your account in the app. Booking and invoice records are retained, with your personal details removed, for accounting and dispute handling.
